The Vinyl Bumper Truck – 12 Bushel (LOG28778) is a patent-pending facility protection solution engineered to reduce costly damage to walls, doors, and equipment. Its integrated 360-degree soft air cushion vinyl bumper surrounds the top rim, providing full-perimeter impact protection during transport.
Ideal for hospitals, hotels, universities, and commercial laundry operations, this truck features a heavy-duty 18 oz vinyl liner that is flame retardant (NFPA-701 compliant) and resistant to mold, mildew, UV exposure, and tearing. The liner is fully sewn to the framework—not riveted—for enhanced durability and extended service life.
The truck is built with a zinc-plated steel tubular base and fully welded heavy-gauge square steel frame, eliminating wood components and maximizing structural integrity. It ships fully assembled and ready to use. Its nesting capability allows for efficient storage and freight savings when multiple units are ordered.
This model comes standard with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters for smooth maneuverability and higher load capacity. An optional upgrade to 6" casters is available for even greater mobility and performance.
Note: The soft vinyl bumper is not flame retardant.
Available in 6–20 bushel sizes to meet varying capacity requirements.
